About the role: We currently have a unique project related opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain operational champion to join our project team at our production and distribution site. This is a critical role where you will work alongside the Plant Manager and EBS lead users to ensure a coordinated site business readiness approach to help deliver our new EBS (SAP) system capabilities. In this hands on operational role you will be responsible for assisting approach and alignment with the overall EBS program, assist in coordination of inventory and operational readiness, managing and reporting on the status of weekly tasks and site metrics reporting. To be successful in this role you will be someone that has a good understanding of operational Supply Chain functions, excellent organisation skills and the ability to work with key business and project stakeholders, all whilst managing multiple, and sometimes competing priorities. This is a contract role until June 2025. Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Business Readiness: Assist in preparing sites for EBS (SAP) implementation, ensuring timely completion of tasks.Inventory Readiness: Support inventory activities, including stock takes and testing.Metrics Management: Collect, analyse, and report on operational metrics, providing insights into project progress.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with plant managers, site teams, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment.Task Management: Track and report on weekly tasks, addressing any issues promptly.
