Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)This is a varied position and will see you:Process shipment and inwards goods notifications in a timley mannerManage supplier invoicing to original purchase ordersCommunicate with Freight Forwarders and Customs Brokers regarding international shippingCommunicate with local transport companies to coordinate special transport requirementsAssist with any enquiries from both external and internal customersInform internal team members of order arrival times and delivery schedulesPrepare shipment costing reportsMaintain shipping schedule information within the systemAllocate invoices for backordered products where requiredProcess pricing requests and ensure correct approvals are obtainedWhat we are looking for: You will be someone who has great customer service experience and high communication skills with both internal and external clients. You describe yourself as precise, well-organised and can work in a timely efficient manner. Problem solving will be required in relation to delivery schedules and handling any unexpected delays so you will need to have confidence and have some good common sense. You will need to work well under pressure as this is a fast paced environment.You may already be working within logistics, freight or the supply chain industry looking for your next challenge.
