The opportunity – Supply Chain Manager You will join the business as their Supply Chain Manager based at the Head Office in Dunedin. Reporting to the Head of Operations & Supply Chain you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the seamless coordination of S&OP, demand planning, supply and materials planning, and logistics management. You will focus on achieving business objectives by balancing cost efficiency with high-quality service delivery. Ably supported by a team of three direct reports (Logistics Manager, Demand Planner and a Supply and Materials Planner) you will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive supply chain improvements, support business growth, and ensure optimal levels of customer delivery and satisfaction With a focus on people leadership and cultural and succession development, the pursuit of continuous improvement, and manufacturing excellence, this is a very attractive leadership opportunity.
