This role involves managing a team of supply chain professionals, coordinating with executive leadership, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals. Some of your main duties and responsibilities will include:Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with the company's long-term objectives.Lead the planning and coordination of procurement, production, logistics, inventory management, and distribution to optimise efficiency and reduce costs.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and overseeing performance to ensure quality and reliability.Analyse supply chain metrics and data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with executive leadership to align supply chain activities with broader business goals and support strategic decision-making.Manage risk within the supply chain, developing contingency plans and ensuring business continuity.About you:Our ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain processes and a proven track record of implementing successful strategies in a complex, fast-paced environment.
