This role requires a professional with strong analytical skills, leadership capabilities, and experience in managing logistics, procurement, and inventory to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on cost reduction, efficiency, and sustainability.Logistics Management: Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory control to ensure timely delivery of goods.Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing vendor performance, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality materials.Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock without overburdening the company with excess inventory.Procurement: Collaborate with procurement teams to source materials and services, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery standards.Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to avoid disruptions and inefficiencies.Cost Management: Drive cost reduction initiatives across the supply chain by analyzing data and implementing cost-saving solutions without compromising quality.Performance Metrics: Monitor supply chain performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead times, order accuracy, cost per unit, and on-time deliveries.Technology Integration: Implement and utilize supply chain management software and tools to track, optimize, and automate processes.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or procurement.Strong understanding of supply chain management processes, logistics, and procurement strategies.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
