The Supply Chain Manager plays a functional leadership role to ensure the management of end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities. Critical to the role is the mindset to grow P&F Global's supply chain function and contract maturity, and to support business growth.In this role, you will be responsible for analysing stock requirements and for the full procurement lifecycle, ensuring that the right quality product is ordered and delivered at the right quantities, on time and in full, and at the most competitive commercial terms. You will lead and work with one Procurement team member and partner with various senior stakeholders across the business to ensure Procurement and supply chain excellence.What you will be doing:Strategy: Develop and implement short and long-term supply chain strategy to cost-effectively acquire products from suppliers who can deliver quality goods on time and in full, having regard to supplier and product quality, sustainability, and environmental aspects.Procurement: Analyse stock levels in line with the sales strategy to forecast and lead the full procurement process including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and product delivery for key strategic suppliers. Oversee and approve procurement for local and secondary suppliers to ensure that stock levels are in place to support planned sales.Team leadership, collaboration and cohesion: Lead and support Supply Chain team member and work collaboratively with other departments for best outcomes.Market expertise: Develop knowledge of the relevant products within the various markets we serve, to support growth and to develop our position as a trusted expert.What we're looking for:A seasoned professional with 5 years + experience in a similar role.Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration or related field.A critical thinker with strong skills in financial acumen and delivering on strategy.A strong communicator and collaborator with heaps of positivity.Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Growth and continuous improvement mindset.
