About the role:
As the Data Analyst in the team, your day to day will vary. Your core function being to support the organisation along its BI transformation journey to turn data into business insight and ensure integrity of data to facilitate the smooth running of our Supply Chain systems.

You will provide data analysis and recommendations to optimise and improve, and to help us maximise customer satisfaction and value. You will be supporting the Supply Chain team as we look to connect, collaborate, and partner across the group to create value and ensure that our Supply Chain can deliver to promise for our customers and users. This role will support the smooth running of BI systems and processes, managing all communications for our apps, reporting, and data models.
This is where you come in: You are an IT professional who is comfortable dealing with big data, getting stuck into the detail, and enjoys problem solving. You will have expert Excel skills and at a minimum have intermediate proficiency in SQL and Power BI. You will bring a system & data integrity focus to Supply Chain projects to ensure the integrity of data information in key BI reports and data models. You will be supporting the Global Supply Chain team and In-Market Operations teams with training and support, being the primary link between Supply Chain and our IT Team.

Your drive for continuous improvement means you will proactively look for opportunities for automation and process improvement using BI to meet the operational needs of the business. Working closely with the IT team you will be coordinating and leading BI communications, training & support for other Supply Chain & Operations users, and supporting ongoing system maintenance & improvements across existing Supply Chain tools.

So who are you? Strong problem-solving ability, able to clearly communicate a problem or opportunity and solve at the root cause
Proven analytical professional with technical experience in a business process improvement role
Strong commercial acumen and experience with information systems management, with a particular focus on reporting
Curious mindset with the ability to maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
Demonstrated experience with Power BI reporting and SQL Advanced Excel skills for data analysis - working with PivotTables, creating macros, and managing large data sets
Experience working for a multinational business; Supply Chain and Operations experience favourable.
