We're totally committed to helping men look their best, in clothes that fit and feel like they were made just for them.About the roleReporting to the Supply Chain Manager you will work closely and collaboratively with the whole team to enable and support supply chain processes.You will be managing a small specific group of our beautiful products and support the scheduling, planning and delivery from raw material to freighting as finished goods, ensuring garment deliveries to our customers are on time, and that freight costs and stocks levels are managed effectively.You will learn from the ground up and be mentored and coached by a supportive manager who is an expert in Production planning. You will over time grow to take on more complex products and more senior responsibilities and tasks in the business.You willWork with the Supply Chain Manager to forecast and order stockRun reports from our ERP system and check sales, stock and forecasts numbersWork with our planning spreadsheetsOrder raw materials and monitor the order through to final deliveryCreate Purchase Order numbers and send to our suppliersManage freight forwarding relationshipsManage relationships and needs with external suppliers and freight forwardersWhilst working through the above you will be constantly and effectively communicating with the wider team, so everyone knows exactly where products are in the supply chain process.You will bring:Previous experience in a role that requires planning, organising and schedulingAn understanding of purchasing - placing and processing purchasing ordersStrong problem-solving & time management skillsGood excel skillsExceptional communication skills and ability to relate well to a wide range of stakeholdersHonesty, integrity, resilience - and be someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit supportive team.You may come from a support role in logistics, freight, supply chain in a role that requires scheduling, planning, organising, raising purchase orders and using excel in a commercial business.
