Miraka is one of New Zealand's largest Maori export businesses, exporting NZD $300 million of premium whole milk powder, UHT milk, frozen cream, frozen milk concentrate and customised milk powders to more than 17 countries around the world.
Who we are looking for: Reporting into the General Manager of Sales and Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting the logistics and documentation requirements for the traceability of Miraka's ingredient sales and contract manufacture product for export.
This role also has the responsibility to scope, design, and implement export documentation procedures at Miraka.
We are seeking someone with a sharp eye for detail, and a knack for noticing the little things that make a big difference.
What you need to know: The position is based between our at our Mokai factory, 30km northwest of Taupo, and our Taupo Office on Tuwharetoa Street.Your hours will be 40 hours per week.This role will involve working alongside whanau from different departments, so if you have an outgoing personality, we want to hear from you!This is a permanent role.
Key responsibilities for this position include: Maintaining strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders.Have previous experience working with the Animal Products E-certification system or export documentation systems is advantageous.Managing data for input into our AP E-Cert database.Preparing customer export documentation.
