These guys and girls are keen to see their S&OP processes truly hum with more accurate data modelling and information flows.Your core purpose is to ensure simplification and development of tools, process and reporting.
This includes supporting the supply chain team in development of clear and accessible KPI's, inventory reporting and analysis, and integration of key supply chain tools to ensure efficiency and visibility between sales, supply and the plant.
We are looking for those that love to use tools and systems to inform, analyse, simplify and build standardised tools and SOP's.This role will be best suited to those who have been in planning, and have developed a strong analytical bent.
Whilst your core drive will be as an analyst, and you will be constantly seeking systems and planning improvements, you will also get involved in and have supply chain planning responsibilities.
Elements of inventory planning, production planning, SLOB management, capacity planning, and material planning will dovetail into your role here.There are many moving parts, and teams to engage and support - you will be helping ensure things flow smoothly; building master data disciplines, and helping develop valuable, data-driven reporting and business insights to improve supply chain performance visibility.If you are experienced in supply and demand planning, you are familiar with key MRP and supply planning concepts, and you enjoy the data and discipline that sits at the heart of effective planning, then we would love to hear from you.
This might be suited to a relatively recent supply chain grad with two to five years' experience looking to take the next step up, or a seasoned planner wanting to feel more valued and enjoy a new and positive role.
