Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Inventory Management: Develop and implement purchasing and distribution strategies to optimize efficiency, maintain optimal stock levels, and minimize excess inventory costs. Supplier Negotiations & Relations: Negotiate contracts with suppliers and manage relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods. Logistics Coordination: Oversee the transportation, storage, and distribution of health supplements, primarily to Korea, secondarily to Japan and the USA, while coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers for effective logistics operations. Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain accurate inventory records, ensure compliance with import regulations, health supplement standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Warehouse Operations: Manage daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of health supplements, while monitoring inventory levels to meet customer demand. Team Leadership & Cross-Department Collaboration: Direct staff activities, provide training, and collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on supply requirements and logistics. Customer Service: Respond to inquiries and address delivery-related concerns to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications: At least five years working experience in relevant fields including business administration, logistics, retail, or similar. Understanding of supply chain management would be beneficial. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in inventory management software and record-keeping systems. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead a team effectively. A current police certificate and a drug test may be requested.
