As the Holiday Park Supervisor, you will support the Team Leader in overseeing daily operations, supervising housekeeping staff, and ensuring our guests have a welcoming and enjoyable stay. You will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness standards, handling guest inquiries, and stepping in during the Team Leader's absence. This permanent, part time position with a minimum of 30 hours per week requires rostered work, primarily on weekends (3 out of 4 weekends per month), evenings, public holidays, and after-hours phone coverage. Key Responsibilities: Always ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction. Supervise and lead housekeeping staff, ensuring high cleaning standards are met. Support daily operations, including reception duties, bookings, and handling guest inquiries. Manage stock levels and ensure camp-owned facilities are well-maintained. Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing practices are adhered to, including reporting hazards and incidents. Assist the Team Leader with managing the park's operations in alignment with the Council's vision and values. Provide after-hours phone support at least twice a week. Ko wai koe | About you Are you passionate about hospitality and providing exceptional customer service? Do you have experience supervising a team in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment? Ideally you'll have: Proven experience in a Supervisory or Team Leader role in a hospitality environment, or other. Strong background in customer service, ideally within the hospitality, tourism, or accommodation sectors. Experience leading and motivating teams with a focus on continuous improvement. High attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and service standards. Excellent communication and time management skills. Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements in the tourism industry is preferred. Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and handle after-hours responsibilities. Full, clean, current driver's license and willingness to undergo pre-employment checks.
