About the Role: The Projects team is responsible for the planning and execution of small to large scale projects across Auckland. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end project, including planning, coordination, contractor and staff management.
To be successful in this role, you will have a varied background including building/construction, civil works and or landscaping. You are a 'Jack of all Trades'. You are a strong and professional communicator that is naturally organized and flexible as you will be pulled into different directions as your day/week and projects progress.
This is both a hands-on role where you will get in and work side by side with the team while supporting and encouraging their growth and development along with overseeing multiple projects at any one time to meet the desired outcomes.
Some of your responsibilities will include: Hands on supervising and monitoring workers with a diverse range of skills. Organise materials, machinery and staff High standard of health and safety Maintain strong client relationships to ensure expectations are defined and understood by all parties Ensure all projects are closed out in accordance with established standards Multitask when several projects are running alongside each other What's in it for you?
