Working with the Superintendent – Mining with the day to day supervision of mining crews, optimisation and streamlining of data, and mentoring of other mining supervisors. Lead the implementation of continuous improvement projects with the assistance of technical personnel. Provide coverage for the Superintendent – Mining during periods of leave.QualificationsMust hold or be working toward attainment of the New Zealand A or B Grade Tunnel Managers' Certificate of Competency or equivalentControlled Substance Licence suitable for operation at Waihi (preferred).
