SUPERVISOR - MECHANICAL ASSEMBLY As a Supervisor of Mechanical assembly based at Rocket Lab's site in Auckland, New Zealand, you will work on leading daily activities for up to 20 technicians, health and safety, quality and support R&D activities. To be successful in this role, you must be able to manage resources to meet expected production rate increases, align capacity to production forecast, develop leadership in direct reports, improve processes and increase efficiency with a very high level of attention to detail. In addition, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
