As a supervisor, you will drive sales and KPI's, coach and develop your team and upkeep the visual standards, ensuring your department is replenished at all times.
Drive KPI's through daily and hourly updates to the teamAssist Management team to deliver maximum floor productivity through effective supervision of team zoningAssist in-store Visual Merchandiser to complete weekly visual directionAssist Management team with induction training for new team membersAdhere to expectations set by Management to achieve department prioritiesSupervise department team to drive a world class shopping experience for JD Sports customersLead by example and ensure supervisor presence on sales floor to coach and motivateSupervise with department replenishmentSupervise floor coverage to minimise risk of external theftWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Minimum 2 years' experience within retail or like industryYou are passionate about creating an amazing service experience and culture for our customersYou have a proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPI's and communicate well with all stakeholdersYou have excellent time management skills to ensure that daily priorities are executed in a timely mannerWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
