As their new Supervisor, you will possess the following:
Proven ability to be a role model and luxury brand ambassador
Ability to understand and drive sales, KPIs and client engagement
2+ years of experience in luxury retail, premium, made-to-measure, suiting or high fashion
Prior leadership at a supervisor level
Mature, level-headed, kind-natured & empathetic personality
Admin skills to complete invoicing, transfers, reporting & stocktaking
Passion for learning brand heritage, made to measure & fabrics
Demonstrated capability to serve as a luxury brand ambassador
Ideally made to measure skills
