Additionally, possessing the following would be beneficial:- Minimum 4 years' experience in NZ electricity distribution systems- Proven supervisory experience with critical thinking skills with the ability to solve problems and make decisions- Electrical registration- Leadership training and high voltage switching competencies- Clean NZ Driving Licence class 1, class 2 preferred but not essential- Safety and environmental compliance- Effective leadership and communication skills- Managing teams, planning, and delivering projects in high voltage distribution systems in the NZ electricity industry- Great communication and strong interpersonal skills preferably experienced in working in a multi-cultural environment.About usNorthpower is an electricity and fibre network provider for Whangarei and Kaipara, with more than 60,000 connected customers.
