Additionally, possessing the following would be beneficial:Minimum 4 years' experience in NZ electricity distribution systems.Proven supervisory experience with critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems and make decisions.Electrical registration.Leadership training and high voltage switching competencies.Clean NZ Driving Licence class 1; class 2 preferred but not essential.Safety and environmental compliance.Effective leadership and communication skills.Experience in managing teams, planning, and delivering projects in high voltage distribution systems in the NZ electricity industry.Great communication and strong interpersonal skills, preferably experienced in working in a multi-cultural environment.About usNorthpower is an electricity and fibre network provider for Whangarei and Kaipara, with more than 60,000 connected customers.
