Take charge of creating memorable experiences for our guests as a Front-of-House Supervisor in one of New Zealand's most scenic locations. Lead a talented team with energy and passion, ensuring smooth operations from the kitchen to café floor.
You'll partner with the Head Chef to guide the front of house team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring every guest has a great experience.
The role involves:
Leading and motivating your team to provide outstanding service.
Ensuring the café operates smoothly, from front-of-house to back-of-house.
Maintaining high standards for food and beverage quality.
Preparing and organising the café space, ensuring it's always guest-ready.
Supporting stock orders and conducting regular stocktakes.
Overseeing daily cash handling and financial transactions.
Taking on any additional tasks as needed by the Food & Beverage Business Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
Previous experience in a front-of-house supervisory role is highly desired.
A Bar Manager's license is a plus, but not a must.
Understanding of the New Zealand Sale of Liquor Act and industry regulations.
Proven ability to lead a team and build positive relationships with both guests and colleagues.
A passion for café culture and delivering top-tier service.
High energy, flexibility, and a can-do attitude.
