We have a fantastic opportunity for you to step into a Supervisor role with an established client and a growing team in the Waikato region!Relocation Assistance Available!Benefits:Competitive hourly rate of $36-44 per hour.
Wage is negotiable and depends on experience.Relocation assistance if you're based outside the Waikato region.Excellent growth opportunities within the company for the right candidate.A supportive and collaborative team environment with a focus on safety and development.Key Responsibilities:Lead and organise the on-site team, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards and in-line with specifications.Manage project timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.Liaise with clients and contractors and maintain strong relationships.Ensure all equipment complies with safety standards and is available for use on the job.Actively participate in the application of coatings and flooring systems according to manufacturer guidelines.Maintain daily quality assurance / health & safety documentation.Oversee team timekeeping and ensure accurate digital timesheets are maintained.Ensure the site is left clean, safe, and that all products and equipment are returned to the appropriate depots.Requirements:Experience as a Foreman leading flooring teams and managing projects effectively.Strong understanding of flooring applications, including epoxy, MMA, polyurethane coatings, and sports floors.Must be drug and alcohol-free.Formal qualifications are not required, but they are a bonus.Proven ability to work independently and lead a team to deliver successful projects.Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.A focus on health, safety, and quality on-site.If you're ready to step up and want to take on new responsibilities with a company offering growth, this is the role for you!
