You will be leading a highly skilled team of Electrical Fitters working on Orion's distribution network, providing services including construction, maintenance, and fault diagnosis/rectification.You will have proven ability to monitor performance, motivate your team to deliver within timeframes and budgets with a focus on quality and safety.Demonstrating natural leadership skills, you will enjoy coaching team members and become a valued mentor to assist your people in their career development and to deliver results for our customers.About YouRelevant Electrical Registration and current practising licenseA minimum of 5+ years experience in the High Voltage electrical industryStrong ability to communicate technical information and maintain effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrate high levels of understanding of and adherence to the Health and Safety practices and regulations of the High Voltage IndustryCoach, support and develop the team, build knowledge and skills to provide coverage and to build succession plansAbout VentiaVentia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.
