About You You are an experienced deep-trench civil pipelines construction Supervisor. You understand working for WaterCare. You can plan and sequence all steps in trenching and pipelaying to produce high productivity. You build a culture that keeps the workforce showing up and giving their best. You want to go deeper, learn more, and would enjoy learning micro-tunnelling. You're wickedly good at compliance, documentation, and enjoy getting things done right.
