Te Turanga | About the role
As a Supervisor - Building Engineers you will lead a team of technical professionals to ensure the provision of professional, high-quality engineering advice in accordance with the Building Act 2004. This position requires strong leadership of the Building Engineers team, offering technical advice and guidance on building consent processes. It also involves developing and maintaining professional relationships to achieve business goals.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
A tertiary qualification in Engineering
Chartered Professional Engineer
Proven experience leading a high performing team of professionals in a high-pressure environment.
Strong understanding of regulatory systems, specifically the Building Act 2004 (and Building Code and associated Regulations).
Currently residing in New Zealand with NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
