Supervising Arborist - Christchurch - Treetech Specialist Treecare Ltd Treetech Specialist Treecare Ltd is seeking an experienced Supervising Arborist to oversee site inspections, audits, and data capture management.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong species identification abilities, and training in risk assessment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field work for tree asset inventories and database management.
Perform subdivision tree audits to ensure compliance with council specifications.
Attend prestart meetings with contractors to explain the Tree Protection Management Plan (TPMP).
Supervise earthworks to maintain ongoing compliance to the TPMP.
Requirements:
Training in risk assessment such as TRAQ or QTRA.
Exceptional species identification skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
Thorough understanding of and capability to adhere to Health and Safety regulations.
