This could be a great next step for an Account Manager.The South Island Manager is the lynch pin in the Christchurch team and will be tasked with further growing the organisations pipeline by leveraging your existing local network and current regional/national client relationships. Working closely with a full range of property developers and investors, commercial leasing agents, corporate entities and other business partners, the key to success is based on building networks in the property sector that can allow you to identify opportunities, and by understanding a client's needs to deliver a solution to match. The South Island Manager will be able to showcase excellent commercial and business acumen while pursuing new opportunities and leads.This is a unique and exciting position in a strong Christchurch construction market. We are seeking applications from candidates with proven business development experience and a background within the property, commercial real estate or related sector. You will have strong interpersonal & communication/presentation skills, a proactive approach to problem solving, a reasonable level of analytical ability and the creative flair for not only seeing the opportunities but working through the various issues to get them past a concept stage and into construction.
