Description Lead arboriculture company seeks experienced Supervising Arborist for site inspections, audits, and data capture management. Key responsibilities include field work, tree asset inventories, subdivision tree audits, and report writing. Successful candidate has training in risk assessment, excellent species identification, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete field work for tree asset inventories and databases.
Undertake New Subdivision tree audits to ensure compliance with council specifications.
Attend prestart meetings with contractors to explain the Tree Protection Management Plan (TPMP).
Supervise earthworks to ensure ongoing compliance to the TPMP.
Report writing, including Arboricultural Completion Memorandum & Tree Supply/Planting Inspection Memorandum.
Requirements:
Training in risk assessment such as TRAQ or QTRA.
Excellent species identification.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and independently when required.
Thorough understanding of, and capability to adhere to Health and Safety regulations.
