What You'll Do: Lead Projects: Oversee and supervise secondary engineering projects, delivering quality and efficiency at every stage.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, most notably Transpower, ensuring designs align with their standards, policies, and requirements.Be the Mentor You Once Had: Share your knowledge and help grow our promising team of engineers, providing guidance on projects and technical approaches.Technical Oversight: Review and approve technical designs to meet industry and company standards.Innovate: Act as a problem-solver, introducing creative solutions and driving innovation within the team.Key Requirements: Experience:A minimum of 3 years working on Transpower projects.7-15 years of experience in secondary systems engineering, with a focus on substation design.Knowledge:Strong understanding of Transpower policies, standards, and procedures.Expertise in protection scheme design, relay selection, and SCADA integration.Skills:Proven technical expertise in secondary systems.Excellent communication skills to mentor team members and collaborate effectively.Not essential but beneficial: familiarity with AutoCAD or other drafting software.A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Why Join ElectroNet?
