Sub Contract Painter Decorator

We're a small painting and decorating business based in the Mid-Eastern Bay of Plenty with ongoing work.
Full-time work is not guaranteed; this is casual work when needed, with some weeks being busier than others.
We're looking for subcontract painters based in Bay of Plenty to carry out interior and exterior projects, ranging from high-end new builds to modern renovations.
Qualifications and experience are necessary; quality experience in prep, brush, roll, and spray painting is highly beneficial.
This role varies in hours and days each week depending on the workload.
A friendly, approachable attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail is a must-have in our field of work. Adapting to timelines, occasionally working around other trades in the renovation process, and good communication skills with clients are essential.
