StudyLink Officer Outreach - Queen Street Permanent, Full Time (37.55 hours per week) Starting salary is from B03 $60,707.00 to $72,990.00 Mo te Turanga - About the Role As a StudyLink Officer, you will be at the forefront of delivering essential face-to-face services, providing students with information, advice, and support on their study options and entitlements.
You will guide them through their application process and assist with interviews for special or extra help applications.
This role involves responding to enquiries through email, phone, and in-person interactions, ensuring appropriate outcomes that meet the needs of our clients.
You will represent StudyLink at expos, career events, and other outreach activities, promoting our services and connecting with the wider community.

You will need excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
You should be comfortable navigating multiple systems and quickly learning new processes.
