You will guide them through their application process and assist with interviews for special or extra help applications.This role involves responding to enquiries through email, phone, and in-person interactions, ensuring appropriate outcomes that meet the needs of our clients. You will represent StudyLink at expos, career events, and other outreach activities, promoting our services and connecting with the wider community.What you'll bring Nga pukenga kaunekeWe strive to provide an outstanding service experience for our clients, so building strong, positive relationships is key. You will need excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds. You should be comfortable navigating multiple systems and quickly learning new processes.
