Alex & Sloane, a B2B content design agency, is seeking a superstar Studio Manager to lead our talented team of content creators. As the Studio Manager, you'll be the leader of our creative process, ensuring projects run smoothly, deadlines are met, and our clients are thrilled with the final results. About Alex & Sloane Alex & Sloane is a passionate B2B content design agency that helps businesses tell their stories through compelling content. We create strategic content that engages target audiences, drives results, and sets our clients apart. About You You are an organised and detail-oriented individual with a proven track record of managing creative teams and projects. You have a deep understanding of the B2B content creation process, from initial brainstorming to final delivery. You're a master communicator who can bridge the gap between clients, designers, and copywriters, ensuring everyone is on the same page. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the creative studio, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Manage project timelines and budgets, keeping projects on track and within scope. Develop and implement project management systems and processes. Assign projects to team members based on their strengths and expertise. Provide feedback and guidance to content creators, helping them elevate their work. Collaborate with the Account Management team to understand client needs and translate them into clear project briefs. Manage client expectations and keep them informed throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards. Identify and implement new tools and technologies to improve studio efficiency. Track project performance metrics and report findings to senior management. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a creative agency setting, preferably in B2B content design. Proven experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong understanding of B2B content creation best practices. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello). Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Google Docs, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.
