Position Overview Student Support Liaison Adviser – Service Expert

Be the moment when real people matter in this front-facing service role.

The Student Support Liaison Adviser is often the first person students and visitors meet on our Albany Auckland Campus.
We're looking for a welcoming, friendly people-person who can quickly engage and identify needs in real time.
Students and visitors will come to you with requests for information or support, and your job will be to connect them to the right resources or specialised advice using expert interpersonal skills.

Understanding the student experience and the role of tertiary education in Aotearoa is an advantage.
Technical skills in Office 365, database systems, and financial transactions are a bonus, but a willingness to learn new IT systems is essential.


Essential qualifications and skills: Salary band: $56,622 - $80,006 (based on skills and experience).
This is a full-time (37.5h p/w) position based at our Albany campus in Auckland.
