We are currently seeking an amazing, fixed term (12 months) 0.8 FTE person with proven outstanding customer service skills to join our Information Centre team at the Windermere Campus in Tauranga. The Student Services Advisor is a member of the Student Administration and Services Team and contributes to providing student focussed admission services, and support to all stakeholders the organisation connects with.The appointing salary for this role will be between $50,000 and $57,000 dependent on skills and experience.ResponsibilitiesEngaging positively with all stakeholders, including prospective and current students via many channelsKeeping abreast of programme information to correctly inform customers of study choicesProcessing of enquiries, applications and short course enrolmentsEngaging with Faculty staff to ensure a seamless student experienceAccurate processing and adherence to all policies and proceduresMinimum Requirements3 years' experience working in a multi-functional customer service role3 years' experience working in the administration of corporate systemsExperience in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and telephone systemsProven ability to work within a teamStrong empathy and natural ability to relate to diversityExcellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills with a professional, approachable and helpful manner are the essence of this role.
