An exciting opportunity for a Student Relations Advisor has become available in the Student Hub, City campus, Student Services & Administration division.
We are looking for an individual who can deliver comprehensive support using a case management approach.
The Student Relations Advisor is a role designed to respond to complex student needs, assist Faculty staff to connect students to pastoral support and share knowledge and good practice with Faculty.
The Student Relations Advisor delivers across the range of student services to ensure wellbeing support enabling students to achieve their academic and personal goals.
To be successful in this role you will be dynamic and innovative, agile and solution-focused with proven success in a similar position.
The successful candidate will have:
a current annual practising certificate (APC) in an allied health profession e.g.
social work, occupational therapy or similarexperience in tertiary education or government agency/community supporta passion for supporting student successan ability to deliver high-quality, professional service with a culture of carean understanding of advisory support delivered via a case management modelexperience with technology and relationship management softwareYou will be professional and calm and have demonstrated an ability to adapt where there are multiple demands.
Salary Range: $73,000 - $100,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

This role is considered a children's worker role and will be subject to safety checking as part of the Children's Act 2014.
