Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, working across the university to achieve shared objectives.The opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahiWe are seeking a dedicated individual to join our enquiry management team within Records and Service Design on the beautiful Manawatu Campus in a pivotal administrative role focused on managing and processing student queries. You will support the day-to-day operations of the Student Registry within the Records and Service Design team, ensuring efficient, professional, and customer-focused responses to enquiries. This role is key to maintaining and improving team productivity and service quality by adhering to established administrative processes.As part of the wider Student Registry administration team, you will also contribute to other areas of our business when needed, offering variety and opportunities to expand your skills.The salary band for this role is $48,596 to $71,027 based on skills and experience.About you | Ko koe teneiYou are a student-centric individual with a service mindset, bringing an eye for detail and an inquisitive approach to your work.
