By providing leadership across Student Services and Administration, the wider University, and with external stakeholders, you will ensure our disabled, Deaf, and neurodivergent student community is supported and enabled to achieve success.

You will be proactive, energetic, and pragmatic; able to demonstrate professional practice while sharing expertise in an educational and engaging way.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in:
Knowledge and understanding of the contemporary issues and challenges facing students.
A passion and commitment for the wider community's needs.
Effectiveness in developing tactics to support cohorts of students within an integrated pastoral care support framework, with an emphasis on disabled, Deaf, and neurodivergent students and those from diverse backgrounds.
Being innovative and solution-focused when faced with challenges.
Monitoring, analysis, and reporting for senior leadership and continuous improvement to services.
Proven leadership in the delivery of a high-quality, professional service with a culture of customer care.

Salary Range: $88,000 - $107,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
