About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Student Experience Liaison Officer to provide information and advice to prospective and current students about our programmes and support services. This fixed-term position is available until April 2026 and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Massey University's vision of Te Kunenga ki Purehuroa—being a world leader not only in what we do but how we do it.
Te Paepoto operates as a multi-channeled Contact Centre, focused on delivering exceptional service and support to our diverse student community.
