Te aheinga: The opportunity In this role at Unitec, you will serve as the primary point of contact and representative for our institution. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of services aimed at assisting our learners at every stage of their educational journey, from prospective students to those who are about to graduate.
Your duties will include managing enrolments, a critical process that ensures our learners are registered for their chosen courses. You will also be responsible for issuing ID cards, a key component of our campus security and access systems.
In addition, you will provide IT support, helping our learners navigate and utilize our digital resources effectively. Furthermore, you will offer course advice, guiding our learners towards academic decisions that align with their goals and aspirations.
This role requires you to act as a 'relationship manager' for our learners. This means you will be the primary liaison between the learners and Unitec, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. You will take full responsibility for every interaction, overseeing the entire process from initiation to resolution. Your goal will be to ensure a successful and satisfying experience for our learners.
This fixed-term role would end by the 15th of August 2025 as a cover for maternity leave.
