In this role you will work within one of New Zealand's most reputable structures asset management teams, collaborating with colleagues across our offices to look after some of the nation's oldest and most heavily used bridges. You will be involved in managing and delivering a wide range of stimulating projects for our established client base, contributing to projects that extend the life of existing bridges and building resilience. Mou ake | About you We are looking for a structures asset manager passionate about bridges with a strong client and delivery focus. You will be a collaborative team player with practical problem-solving skills. In this role, you will lead others to deliver successful project outcomes on portfolios of existing structural assets across the upper North Island. This role will see you: Partnering with clients to understand and deliver to their long-term plans and key drivers. Leading and coaching others to support their career development. Leading the delivery of structures maintenance and improvement works. Building strong internal and external relationships to deliver better outcomes. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills and thrives in a tight-knit team environment. Additionally, you should have the ability to collaborate effectively with the wider business. If you are chartered or motivated to achieve chartership, we will provide support to help you reach your goals. Experience Qualifications Tertiary qualification in a relevant engineering discipline. A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. Experience in a consulting environment. Professional registration or on a clear path to achieving registration.
