Structured Literacy Intervention TeacherOur tamariki need a passionate kaiako with the ability to form strong, meaningful relationships with tamariki and whanau. You will be able to inspire tamariki to learn and use effective strategies to positively engage each tamaiti. This structured literacy intervention position will support tamariki from across the school through withdrawal and in-class support, both individually and in small groups, to progress their literacy learning.Our team has completed professional learning through Learning Matters and uses the IDEAL platform. Experience teaching structured literacy, especially IDEAL, will be an advantage. Ideally, the 0.6 position will be structured from 9:30 am to 1 pm, Monday to Friday, but there is some flexibility.
