Your ability to understand client needs, propose innovative solutions, and drive project success whilstestablishing and maintaining client relationships. Manage the teams workload, as well as being hands on when required in preparing preliminary designs, supervising detailed designs, managing on-site investigations and monitoring, and reporting on the progress of project delivery and technical development within the team. Maintain strong working relationships with all clients, stakeholders, suppliers and contractors. Produce proposals and further develop our business achieving sustainable growth. Manage all size projects, including cost estimates, tender submissions, technical documentation, project scheduling and meeting deadlines and budgets. Actively contribute to the development and implementation of overall company strategies. Strong leadership skills, mentoring team members, being a role model for promoting high work standards to deliver high quality client projects on time and within budget. Exceptional communication skills, thrives in client-facing roles, and excels at building and maintaining strong partnerships. Commercially astute, understand risk, and place a high regard on client satisfaction. Experience in leading and managing the delivery of structural engineering projects. Adept at planning and organising multiple teams that collaborate effectively with internal disciplines and external stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
