Your ability to understand client needs, propose innovative solutions, and drive project success whilst establishing and maintaining client relationships.Manage the teams workload, as well as being hands-on when required in preparing preliminary designs, supervising detailed designs, managing on-site investigations and monitoring, and reporting on the progress of project delivery and technical development within the team.Maintain strong working relationships with all clients, stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.Produce proposals and further develop our business achieving sustainable growth.Manage all size projects, including cost estimates, tender submissions, technical documentation, project scheduling and meeting deadlines and budgets.Actively contribute to the development and implementation of overall company strategies.We offerA great team environment, competitive remuneration, flexible working options, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
