Structural Team Leader

The Role: Seeking a Senior Structural Engineer who is ready to take the step into an official Team Leader role, or otherwise will be known as a 2IC for the Christchurch office Structural division.
At the forefront of the role, you will be tasked with leading a team of 3 from a delivery front, managing workflows.
You will oversee the project from concept to delivery including project management, mentoring and coaching others.
You: Communication skills will need to be very strong both written and verbal Leadership skills evident to lead a team of 3 plus Chartered in NZ (CPEng qualified) is preferred, however not necessary Realistically you will need to have been operating within the New Zealand market for a sustained period or as a returning Kiwi Benefits: This role has become available due to internal growth and the creation of a new layer of management.
