As part of our expansion plan, we are seeking a high calibre Structural Manager to lead our North-Island business from Auckland CBD.

Requirements for this role; Bachelor of Engineering, in Civil / Structural.
Required – CPEng or progressing towards chartered membership.
Minimum 12 years' experience in Structural Engineering, with experience managing a range of projects.
Previous experience working on complex structural projects with a well- regarded consultancy.
Supervision of staff.
Management of large projects and staff teams.
Financial management of projects and business.
Manage the effective resourcing of projects.
Skills and Personal Attributes; Understanding of relevant New Zealand standards, and local authorities' policies and guidelines.
Direct dealing with clients and Government bodies.
Proven project management skills.
Understanding of structural engineering codes, construction standards, specs, procedures and construction techniques.
Demonstrated experience in the design of relevant projects including (desirable): Structural Steelwork Reinforced Concrete Domestic Construction Advanced knowledge of: Microsoft Office, New Zealand Standards, Spacegass, ETABS.
Critically review design drawings and documentation Class 1 Drivers Licence.
