We are looking for a talented and experienced Manager to lead and develop our established Structural discipline. About the role You will lead our team of structural engineers, creating a high-performance focused culture through personal leadership, teamwork, coaching and mentoring. Lead the delivery of projects, as well as provide technical expertise on complex residential and commercial projects, and establishing and maintaining client relationships. Manage the teams workload, as well as being hands on when required in preparing preliminary designs, supervising detailed designs, managing on-site investigations and monitoring, and reporting on the progress of project delivery and technical development within the team. Maintain strong working relationships with all clients, stakeholders, suppliers and contractors Produce proposals and further develop our business achieving sustainable growth Manage all size projects, including cost estimates, tender submissions, technical documentation, project scheduling and meeting deadlines and budgets Actively contribute to the development and implementation of overall company strategies We offer Great team, competitive remuneration package, flexible working, an annual bonus, on-the-job training and ongoing career development.
