Description
Are you a skilled Structural Fabricator with marine industry experience? We're seeking multiple talented Fabricator/Welders to join our team, specialising in marine fabrication and/or boatbuilding.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in marine fabrication and knowledge of industry standards
Expertise in working with marine-grade metals (aluminium, stainless steel, etc.)
Experience fabricating marine structures such as hulls, decks, bulkheads, and frames
Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints
Proficiency in various welding methodologies
Minimum 5 years of experience in marine industry fabrication
Strong background in structural fabrication
Preferred (But Not Required):
Willingness to work in confined spaces
Aluminium welding experience (6G welding experience is a bonus)
Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years of marine industry fabrication experience
Strong structural fabrication background
Great workshop culture and environment
