The long-standing Christchurch office is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to spearhead ongoing growth and development in a Team Lead position. The Role In this role, you will serve as a Team Leader, providing technical expertise while developing a strong team of Structural Engineers. You will work closely with our clients' commercial and industrial partners and engage with key internal stakeholders, utilising your proven structural experience to scope developments and address project challenges. You will primarily oversee and work on our clients' commercial and industrial projects throughout the Canterbury region. On a day-to-day basis, you will leverage your extensive structural engineering and leadership experience to effectively coordinate and execute seismic assessments, detailed designs, and construction monitoring.
