Your responsibilities will include:Leading and managing structural engineering projects from concept through to completion.Running a team of 4 reports and providing technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.Collaborating closely with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.Driving continuous improvement in engineering practices and project delivery.Business Development through new and existing clients Key Qualifications:Relevant tertiary qualification Minimum 8+ years NZ based experience Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) with a strong track record in structural engineering.Proven background in leading structural projectsStrong Seismic knowledge ISA, DSA Prior leadership experience or an aspiration to learn and grow this skillset Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.A good sense of humor and uphold one key value (be a good person!)
