As a Striker (Field Sales Representative) you will have true territory ownership within a geographical patch, where you can deliver executional excellence across a range of corporate and independent Retail and P&C accounts.
You will deliver maximum distribution and availability of Red Bull products, in line with 'Perfect Store' standards, representing the Red Bull brand at all times.

You will build close relationships with 3rd party partners to collaborate and build wins across your territory.
You will master power selling sales techniques and embrace our Red Bull MVP mantra and values.You will strategically approach a defined geographical territory, whilst completing all allocated calls.
Execute effective visitation of allocated accounts at optimal regularity.
Also, help increase distribution width and depth in existing customers.
You will master converting new business leads in non-traditional channels.You will develop relationships with key customers and new business leads.
You will drive the in-store presence of Red Bull in line with Perfect Store standards and executional excellence.
You will win "cold can" and cashier placement in all channels.
Also, help Increase product distribution and availability in all channels while enhancing Red Bull's share of space in-store using category insights.You will develop relationships with key customers and new business leads, driving the in-store presence of Red Bull in line with Perfect Store standards.
You will presell and execute displays in line with key promotional periods across both corporate and independent accounts.Use category, shopper, and global insights to promote mutually beneficial growth.Ensure excellent communication and reporting.Analyze reports to achieve specific objectives for your account portfolio.Ensure all Red Bull SKUs are in stock and on display.Maintain necessary stock levels for continuous product availability.Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely.Implement and ensure compliance with Head Office agreements and merchandising standards.Manage POS placement and promotional compliance.Maintain strong knowledge of Red Bull and key account systems.Use Out-of-Stock analysis for effective merchandising.Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales roles.FMCG Experience: Experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, either brand or retail.Valid Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license.Relationship Management: Ability to manage and cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Selling Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.Commercial Awareness: Basic understanding of commercial mathematics.MS Office Knowledge: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Proficient in written and verbal EnglishTravel 80-90%THE TEAMRed Bull Sales Striker: Make an impact and grow!As a Red Bull Striker, your aim is to drive sales and to support local store owners in growing their businesses.
